We are looking for a Personal Training Supervisor who can lead from the front—someone who coaches clients, drives sales, and builds a team of trainers who deliver consistent, world-class results. Responsibilities
  • Coach Clients with ExcellenceDeliver personal training sessions that exceed expectations. Provide expert coaching on exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle that helps clients hit and sustain results.
  • Lead & Hold Trainers AccountableMentor, evaluate, and develop personal trainers to Carbon’s standards. Ensure all sessions are completed on time, NPS survey goals are achieved, and trainers are delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive Sales & GrowthManage consultations, package sales, and upsell opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue while maintaining client retention.
  • Own the NumbersTrack KPIs—client retention, revenue, trainer productivity—and report results weekly. Take responsibility for both successes and gaps, and act quickly to close them.
  • Elevate the Member ExperienceDeliver unmatched service by responding to client questions, resolving concerns, and creating a culture where members feel seen, valued, and supported.
  • Stay AheadKeep current with certifications, CEUs, and industry best practices. Model lifelong learning and push your team to do the same.
Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Trainer (nationally recognized).
  • Proven track record in personal training and sales.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to hold others accountable while inspiring growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).
  • Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
