Salary Range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.
Provide quotes and explain coverage options to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our client base, ensuring their needs are met.
Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for new business and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system.
Customer service experience is a must.
2 plus years Industry experience
licensed in property casualty NC
life license - a bonus
Hawksoft agency management system usage - bonus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
