Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies.

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.

Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements efficiently.

Conduct annual policy reviews with clients to ensure adequate coverage and identify additional needs.

Assist clients with claims inquiries and provide guidance through the claims process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Stay current with insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.


Requirements

Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.

Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g., EZ Lynx) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A detail-oriented approach to policy review and management.
