Personal Lines General Manager (Potentially willing to train)

You will be working closely with leadership to insure that projections are met and surpassed.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the sales office while ensuring all performance targets are met.

Develop Protege Agents throughout their training pipeline.

Analyze sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Coordinate with the agency owner to align office activities with the broader agency mission and goals.

• Valid California Property & Casualty and Life & Accident licenses.
• 1 + year of experience managing sales teams in the insurance industry.
