Personal Lines Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist in Personal Lines, you’ll deliver responsive, high-quality support while developing the skills to become a trusted partner to clients. You’ll go beyond handling requests, learning to identify needs, guide decisions, and contribute to stronger client relationships. This is a fully remote position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. If you’re passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you. This role supports our Woodland Hills, CA zone. 

• Act as a trusted contact within a pooled model, delivering responsive, accurate support across Personal Lines needs.
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions across channels, ensuring clear, efficient, relationship-focused experiences.
• Handle billing inquiries, guiding payments and resolutions while coordinating for timely outcomes.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals with accuracy and compliance.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options in a clear, client-friendly way.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting clear expectations.
• Take a proactive, consultative approach, identifying needs and strengthening coverage solutions.
• Resolve standard requests independently, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Use digital tools to deliver faster, more streamlined service.
• Build trust through consistent, high-quality interactions that drive retention.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Bring 1–2 years of customer service, insurance, or related experience, or the drive to gain it quickly.
• Hold a P&C license or commit to obtaining it within 90 days.
• Communicate clearly, explaining coverage and next steps in a client-friendly way.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy across tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrate a client-first mindset, building trust through responsiveness and professionalism.
• Solve problems proactively, handling inquiries with care and timely resolution.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and digital tools.
• Show coachability and flexibility while growing into greater responsibility.
• Exhibit curiosity, accountability, and a strong drive to develop into a consultative professional.
