Responsibilities

• Prepare home and auto renewal quotes so clients get the right coverage at a competitive price
• Keep client interactions, policy changes, and records current in our agency management system
• Gather applications, paperwork, and payments, send them to carriers, and finalize files accurately
• Review each client's needs, recommend the best coverage options, and process endorsements and updates
• Spot cross-sell opportunities to expand clients' coverage and earn significant commission

• At least 3 years of experience in Florida independent agency home and auto insurance.
• Must hold a 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license (If you have a 4-40 license, we will sponsor you to take the test for a 20-44).
• Experience with Quoterush & EzLynx is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of insurance coverage options and the products offered by the agencys carriers.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
