Personal Injury Paralegal
Chicago, IL (Onsite 5 Days per Week)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a growing plaintiff-side litigation practice in Chicago. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with at least two years of personal injury experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.
A significant portion of this position will focus on written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, compiling records, and managing case documentation throughout the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and other litigation documents
Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation
Coordinate and collect medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Maintain case files and litigation calendars, including critical deadlines
Prepare pleadings, motions, and correspondence for attorney review
Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation, settlement documentation, and case resolution
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of Personal Injury Paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
Experience handling personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
Demonstrated experience drafting interrogatories and managing written discovery
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Paralegal Certificate from an accredited paralegal program is ideal
