Job Description

Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, and medical records. Conduct legal research to support case strategy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers. Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and case evidence. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely court filings. Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and other parties. Provide administrative support to the litigation team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal should have: personal injury litigation experience. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with legal software and case management systems. Experience with medical records, discovery, and trial preparation. Ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and insurance carriers.
