    Work Environment: 100% Onsite (5 days per week in office)

    AMS Staffing is partnering with one of New York’s premier personal injury law firms to hire an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their Midtown South office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected, fast-paced plaintiff-side litigation team that is known for delivering outstanding results and exceptional client care. The firm is seeking a self-driven professional who thrives in a structured litigation environment and takes pride in supporting clients during critical moments in their lives.

     

    Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong background specifically in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firms

     

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Paralegal in a Plaintiff’s-side law firm environment.

     

    Our client is seeking someone who can independently manage a case run, draft + manage pleadings and litigation documents, including but not limited to:

    • Summons + Complaint
    • Bill of Particulars
    • Responses to Demands
    • Discovery Responses
    • Notices for Discovery and Inspection
    • Notices to Admit
    • Notices of Entry
    • Subpoenas
    • HIPAA-compliant authorizations
    • 3101(d) and 4532 exchanges
    • Motions and Motion Responses
    • Orders to Show Cause
    • Stipulations
    • Affidavits and Affirmations
    • Trial Subpoenas
    • Notes of Issue
    • Settlement Packages
    • Medicare/Medicaid lien correspondence
    • Expert Exchanges
    • Trial preparation
    • E-filing through NYSCEF

     

    The candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and be technologically capable of learning and utilizing our client’s case management software. Experience with Smart Advocate is a strong plus. Bilingual candidates are also preferred but not required.

    Also, while not required, having a Notary Public certification would be ideal.

    Additionally, our client needs someone who is highly organized, comfortable independently managing a high-volume caseload, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
