Attorney – Personal Injury
We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution, represent clients in legal proceedings, draft and review legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the life of each case.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Prepare, draft, and review pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documents
- Advise clients on legal rights, case strategy, and settlement options
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Conduct legal research and analyze case facts, liability, and damages
- Maintain compliance with court deadlines, legal standards, and procedural requirements
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Previous experience in personal injury litigation preferred
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
