Note: We are seeking attorneys with 1 to 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience and an active Texas law license. Candidates from law firms, solo practices, and in-house backgrounds are welcome, provided they meet the required experience qualifications.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution with the support of an experienced paralegal team.
• Develop effective litigation strategies and handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Advocate for clients through settlement negotiations and legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strengthen case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Oversee case settlements and ensure clients receive excellent service throughout the litigation process.
• Build valuable courtroom and litigation experience while growing your legal career.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, mediations, and litigation matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
