Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: This is an on-site opportunity in Midtown Manhattan, New York. We believe in building strong collaboration through in-office mentorship and training, with hybrid or remote flexibility available after a successful onboarding period based on performance and business needs.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New York and have at least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Candidates should be eager to build a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury law and be comfortable independently managing cases from intake through trial preparation. Experience exclusively in-house or as a solo practitioner is not a fit for this position.

Job Description

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial preparation.
• Conduct case investigations and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Review, organize, and analyze medical records and supporting documentation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Maintain extensive communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar license.
• 1+ year of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases through discovery and trial preparation.
• Strong legal writing, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
