Job Details

Manage a caseload of plaintiffs' personal injury matters from intake through resolution (settlement or trial)
Handle construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, and products liability claims
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and prepare cases for trial
Represent clients in New York State and Federal courts
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Communicate directly and consistently with clients throughout the litigation process
Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy and discovery
Occasionally handle appellate matters in the 1st and 2nd Judicial Departments
