Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Beverly Hills, CASalary: $150,000 to $275,000 (DOE) plus discretionary bonus opportunitiesIn Office A successful and growing plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its high-performing litigation team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced trial attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to handle complex, high-value personal injury matters from case inception through trial. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of complex personal injury litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial. Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy while providing legal guidance throughout the life of each case. Draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, medical providers, and expert witnesses. Develop litigation strategy and negotiate favorable settlements when appropriate. Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, hearings, and trial. Serve as first or second chair during jury trials, including voir dire, opening statements, witness examinations, and closing arguments. Collaborate with legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently and deadlines are consistently met. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and litigation strategy. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California Bar membership in good standing. Minimum of five years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. First or second-chair jury trial experience is required. Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters. Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
