Position Overview

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one support to students with personal care, mobility, safety, and classroom needs.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous PCA, CNA, or school aide experience preferred.

• Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to assigned students throughout the school day.

• Assist with toileting, feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene needs.

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.

• Encourage participation in classroom activities and social interactions.

• Monitor student safety and communicate concerns to teachers and school staff.
