We curate multiple concert series, including Healing Concerts, Black Tie Series, Community Concerts, and Free Healing Concerts for children, seniors, and individuals with mental and physical health challenges. We also support classically trained students by helping them build professional portfolios and early careers.
Position Overview
Artistic Voices is seeking a Personal Assistant / Arts Administration Assistant to support daily organizational tasks, concert planning, and community outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for students or emerging professionals interested in arts administration, nonprofit management, music, communications, or event planning.
This role can be structured as:
Volunteer position
Community service hours
Internship / practicum
Part-time paid role (based on experience and availability)
Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling, emails, and basic correspondence
Support concert and event coordination (planning, logistics, follow-ups)
Help organize documents, artist information, and project timelines
Assist with social media coordination and basic content support
Help with outreach to venues, community partners, and facilities
Support fundraising, donations tracking, and promotional initiatives (as needed)
General administrative and organizational support
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Interest in music, arts, nonprofit work, or community service
Comfortable with email, Google Docs, basic spreadsheets
Social media familiarity is a plus but not required
Students are welcome (high school, college, graduate level)
