We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant in Los Angeles to provide administrative and organizational support to a UHNW employer. As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, managing the estate, making travel arrangements, and assisting with a wide variety of administrative tasks
Qualifications
Previous experience as a personal assistant
Previous experience managing homes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Detail-oriented
Responsibilities
Supervise the domestic staff and ensure that all tasks are completed
Schedule meetings, travel, and events
Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison for principal
Take care of personal errands
Manage the properties and ensure that standards are maintained
Screen and prioritize incoming communication, including emails and phone calls
Prepare and edit documents
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Oversee all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to the estate
