- Experience: Prior ENT surgery and clinic experience preferred
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note this is a placeholder; competitive base salary and incentives available)

What You’ll Do- Provide full-spectrum ENT care to a broad patient base with minimal competition
- Manage 20-30 patients daily in clinic settings
- Perform surgeries at multiple facilities, including Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
- Utilize advanced surgical technology, including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
- Collaborate with onsite audiology and subspecialty teams (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery)
- Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalists for inpatient management
- Take backup call only, with APPs covering primary calls
- Contribute to a supportive, flexible, and wellness-oriented workplace
- Offer input on practice scheduling, patient volumes, and clinical practices
- Enjoy opportunities for teaching medical students and trainees (optional)
What You Need- Medical license valid for practice in Ohio
- Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Experience in clinical and surgical ENT care preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a team environment
