Pay & Benefits- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: hourly pay reflects a placeholder; total compensation includes base salary range listed separately)

What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive ENT diagnostic and treatment services in a full-service practice
- Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
- Perform surgeries across multiple hospital and outpatient facilities using advanced robotic surgical technology
- Collaborate with audiology and subspecialty teams including Allergy, Endocrinology, and Neurosurgery
- Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalists for inpatient care
- Take backup call while APPs cover primary calls
- Contribute to a collegial, flexible work culture with leadership prioritizing wellness and work-life balance
- Optionally teach medical students and trainees
What You Need
Required:
- Medical license in Ohio or eligibility to obtain one
- Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Prior surgical and outpatient ENT experience
Preferred:
- Experience with robotic surgical systems and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
