Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (comprehensive pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:- Provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders
- Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures at multiple facilities, including advanced sinus and robotic surgeries
- Maintain a mixed practice of general ENT and subspecialty care, including areas like neurotology, facial plastics, or sleep surgery based on your expertise and interests
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of audiologists, advanced practice providers, and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage patient volumes averaging 25-30 patients daily across clinics and hospital settings
- Develop and grow subspecialty service lines tailored to community needs and your interests
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational growth efforts
What You Need:- Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (MD or DO)
- Strong surgical and clinical skills; experience in sinus surgery and subspecialties preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care
