What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care services in a Level-III NICU with an average census of 26 patients.
Manage advanced therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Total Body Cooling.
Collaborate with subspecialty teams including Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology.
Participate in patient care coverage, including potential call and weekend duties.
Work within a multidisciplinary team of 5 neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
Engage with a community offering excellent quality of life and professional growth opportunities.
What You Need
Medical license in Kansas or eligibility to obtain one.
BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
