What You'll Do- Provide specialized neonatal intensive care in a state-of-the-art Level IV NICU at a major regional referral center
- Manage high-acuity neonatal cases and deliver evidence-based critical care for premature and critically ill newborns
- Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage alongside a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists and support staff
- Mentor and support resident rotations within the NICU
- Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Contribute to family-centered care through empathetic communication and support
- Support hospital-wide efforts to optimize clinical outcomes and staff wellness
What You Need- Valid Georgia medical license or eligible for licensure
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatology
- Prior experience in a Level IV NICU is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
