What You’ll Do:- Provide comprehensive care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-level NICU setting
- Manage advanced neonatal therapies including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, pediatric specialists, and support staff
- Participate in rounding, shared call, and quality improvement initiatives
- Educate and mentor pediatric residents and medical students within an academic environment
- Deliver family-centered care tailored to infants and their families across central and southern Georgia
What You Need:- Medical license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Minimum of 2 years of neonatology experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
