    What You’ll Do:
    • Provide comprehensive care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-level NICU setting
    • Manage advanced neonatal therapies including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling
    • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, pediatric specialists, and support staff
    • Participate in rounding, shared call, and quality improvement initiatives
    • Educate and mentor pediatric residents and medical students within an academic environment
    • Deliver family-centered care tailored to infants and their families across central and southern Georgia

    What You Need:
    • Medical license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
    • Minimum of 2 years of neonatology experience preferred
    • Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
