What You’ll Do:- Deliver high-quality internal medicine care within a value-based care model at a leading facility in Dallas.
- Serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track.
- Supervise and mentor Internal Medicine residents in clinical, community, and scholarly activities.
- Develop and implement care plans using evidence-based, population-centered strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement projects, journal clubs, and educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care managers, social workers, pharmacists, and community partners.
- Support operational and clinical standards to reduce disparities and improve patient outcomes.
What You Need:- Valid Texas Medical License or eligibility to apply
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Internal Medicine practice
- Strong commitment to health equity, quality improvement, and community-centered medicine
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
