Pay & Benefits

• Pay Package: $287,000 – $347,000 annually, dependent on experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients in a busy clinic setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
• Conduct health screenings and preventive care initiatives
• Assist patients transitioning from hospital discharge to outpatient follow-up
• Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Document clinical encounters accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes
• Engage in patient education with a focus on culturally competent care
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
• Support the clinic through limited phone call coverage, approximately one week annually

What You Need

• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; active state medical license in Texas
• Experience: At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, proficiency with Epic EMR, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferred: Experience caring for underserved populations, chronic disease management skills
