  • Pay & Benefits:
    • Salary: $136,822 – $179,379 annually (based on experience)
    • Up to $10,000 annual incentive via QVIP
    • Relocation assistance up to $10,000

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced trauma and acute surgical care during overnight shifts
  • Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgeries, and inpatient cases
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, interpret diagnostic tests
  • Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative tasks
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
  • Practice autonomously while handling multiple complex cases
  • Support quality and safety metrics for the trauma service
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities


What You Need
  • Current Colorado Physician Assistant license
  • BLS certification; NCCPA certification
  • Minimum 2 years trauma surgery experience or completed surgical fellowship (preferred)
  • Strong clinical skills in trauma and emergency surgical care
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
