Location: Loveland, CO (2500 Rocky Mountain Avenue)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date/Duration: Ongoing, Full-time
Shift: Nocturnist overnight, 12-hour shifts
Hours/week: 36 hours
Employment Type: Full-time
Licenses/Certifications: Colorado PA license, BLS, NCCPA certification
Experience: Minimum 2 years trauma/surgical experience or surgical fellowship preferred
Pay & Benefits
Pay package: Annual salary from $136,822 to $179,379, based on experience
Additional earnings: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP
Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 (eligible candidates)

CME allowance: up to $3,500/year + 5 CME days

What You’ll Do:
Provide overnight trauma and emergency surgical care in a high-acuity center
Manage trauma admissions, emergency surgeries, and inpatient treatment
Perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostics
Assist surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
Maintain thorough documentation in Epic EMR
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Support quality, safety, and performance initiatives in trauma care
Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership growth
What You Need:
Valid Colorado PA license
NCCPA certification
BLS certification
At least 2 years of trauma or surgical experience (or completed surgical fellowship)
Strong clinical skills, autonomous practice ability, and teamwork mindset
