What You’ll Do
- Manage complex neonatal cases in a Level III NICU, including ELBW infants
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and transport teams
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, iNO, and cooling for HIE
- Participate actively in neonatal resuscitation and transport procedures
- Deliver patient-centered, family-focused neonatal care
- Support quality improvement initiatives within a high-performing team
- Contribute to a compassionate environment focused on outcomes
What You Need
- Current Board Certification (VMS Certification Requirements)
- Valid and active NV state license or ability to obtain
- Neonatal NP certification (preferred)
- Minimum of previous neonatal intensive care experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal emergencies and interventions
