- Licensure/Certifications: NP license in Nevada or willing to obtain, Neonatal Certification preferred
- Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred

What You’ll Do- Provide advanced neonatal patient care in a Level III NICU environment
- Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants and those requiring ECMO and ventilatory support
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists to develop care plans
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and whole-body cooling
- Participate in neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and transport activities
- Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care team focused on outcomes and family support
What You Need- Valid NP license in Nevada or willingness to obtain one
- Neonatal NP certification (preferred)
- Prior NICU or neonatal intensive care experience (preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality neonatal care
