Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (as per current job order rate)

What You’ll Do
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based neonatal care in a multi-site NICU environment
Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions annually
Perform advanced neonatal procedures including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE
Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization
Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
Rotate through facilities and shifts to support 24/7 coverage
Engage in quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
Support families emotionally and educationally during their NICU journey
What You Need
Valid RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification
Neonatal ICU experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong clinical skills in advanced neonatal interventions
Compassionate communication and teamwork skills
