What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care across four Level-III NICUs in the Las Vegas suburbs.
- Manage approximately 1,700 NICU admissions annually.
- Perform neonatal interventions such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic cooling.
- Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
- Support families with compassionate communication and education.
What You Need
- Valid Nevada RN and APN licenses.
- Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in NICU or Pediatric ICU.
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal interventions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and rotate across multiple sites.
