What Youll Do- Lead and oversee clinical operations within a Level IIIB NICU
- Provide expert neonatal care for critically ill newborns
- Manage and mentor a team of neonatologists, nurses, and support staff
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, academic partners, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
- Support scholarly activities and drive neonatal program development
- Utilize advanced neonatal therapies like high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide
What You Need- MD or DO degree; Board Certified in Neonatology
- Virginia medical license or eligibility
- Proven leadership and clinical skills in a NICU setting
- Strong commitment to quality care, mentorship, and academic advancement
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
