PeopleSoft FSCM Administrator / DBA – PeopleTools, Integration Broker & DB2

Working in a rotational-shift environment, this role requires strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities to support enterprise applications, middleware, and database technologies. The analyst will work across functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams to support PeopleSoft platforms, optimize business processes, maintain system stability, and ensure operational excellence.

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a PeopleSoft FSCM Administrator / DBA – PeopleTools, Integration Broker & DB2 for their Jersey City, NJ/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft, middleware, and database-related issues to ensure system stability, availability, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams to support implementations, testing, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Administer and support PeopleSoft FSCM applications hosted on cloud platforms.
• Build, configure, debug, and support PeopleSoft applications in multi-instance environments.
• Troubleshoot PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), Tuxedo application servers, Process Scheduler, WebLogic, and web servers.
• Configure and support Integration Broker components, gateways, and nodes.
• Support PeopleTools upgrades, application upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
• Perform performance tuning and capacity planning activities.
• Support SSL/TLS configuration and certificate management.
• Troubleshoot Oracle database and infrastructure-related issues.
• Apply best practices for PeopleSoft administration, maintenance, and operational support.
• This PeopleSoft Admin & DBA role seeks an experienced Business Analyst with 8-12 years of experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• The position combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on expertise in IMS Administration, DB2 Administration, Administration Services, and PeopleSoft environments.
• The analyst will work across functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams to support PeopleSoft platforms, optimize business processes, maintain system stability, and ensure operational excellence.
• Working in a rotational-shift environment, this role requires strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities to support enterprise applications, middleware, and database technologies.
• The role also involves administration and support of PeopleSoft FSCM applications hosted in multi-instance environments.

 
Requirements:

• Experience: 8-12 Years
• 7+ years of relevant PeopleSoft Administration experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and PeopleTools.
• Experience with Oracle 13c.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Broker configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Tuxedo, WebLogic, Process Scheduler, App Server, and Web Server administration.
• Experience performing PeopleTools and application upgrades using Change Assistant.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft security architecture and PIA infrastructure.
• Experience with Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning, and Database Monitoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and PowerShell.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft applications in cloud-hosted environments.
