    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors degree. Three years of responsible experience to include personnel, financial administration, contracts administration, or procurement are required. Additional responsible experience in personnel, financial administration, contracts administration, or procurement may substitute for the college education on a year for year basis..

    Recruitment Notes

    The PIOD Operations Coordinator performs advanced professional and administrative work assisting the Division Director within the People and Internal Operations Department in coordinating, monitoring, and overseeing the day-to-day administration of divisional operations.

    Responsibilities include assisting the Budget and Finance Division Director in the planning, directing, and coordinating of the annual departmental operating budget development and financial monitoring process, including accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, internal auditing, oversight of the self-insurance trust fund, and special projects.

    Duties also include collecting, analyzing, and assisting in preparing financial reports to forecast and prepare the fiscal year budget, which includes personnel, revenue, and operating expenses. Provides support to division heads and other teams to ensure their budgets are aligned with organizational goals. Provides strategic financial support to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, aligned with long-term sustainability.

    Preference:

    Experience in Power BI, dashboards, and other analytics tools, facilitating the effective visualization and dissemination of data insights, is highly preferred.
