The People Business Partner (PBP) plays a critical role in driving business performance through people. Reporting to the Director, People Partners, this role partners closely with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and employee engagement.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels. The HRBP will work in close partnership with the Employee Relations team to ensure employee matters are handled consistently and in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Compensation:Competitive Pay -Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 base depending on experience and location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into effectivepeoplestrategies.
Provide coaching and guidance on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.
Support workforce planning, including headcount planning, talent gaps, and succession considerations.
Drive execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
Partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Identifyhigh-potential talent and support development planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Support engagement initiatives and help leaderstake actionon feedback and survey results.
Identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve team health and effectiveness.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and leader questions.
Partner closely with the Employee Relations team on investigations, escalations, and complex employee matters.
Ensuretimelyescalation of risks and alignment with ER guidance.
Coachleaders on navigatingemployee issues in a way that balances employee experience and compliance.
Execute core HR programs (performance management, talent reviews, engagement, etc.) with consistency and quality.
Ensure leaders understand and effectively apply HR policies, practices, and tools.
Provide feedback to improve HR programs and processes.
Leverage HR data and metrics toidentifytrends and inform recommendations.
Use insights to proactively address risks and improve business outcomes.
Key Competencies and Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degreerequired
5+years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity
Strong working knowledge of employee relations practices and employment law
Experience supporting leaders in a multi-site, operational, or high-growth environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leaders at multiple levels
Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and employees
Sound judgment and ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to inform decisions
Ability to travel up to 30%
