    Pediatric Partners is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow, or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for an established pediatric home health caseload in Mesquite, Forney, Balch Springs, and Pleasant Grove.

    What You’ll Do

    Responsibilities will vary based on your role and scope of practice and may include:

    • Provide individualized pediatric speech and language therapy in the home setting

    • Evaluate children and develop individualized plans of care, as permitted by role and scope of practice

    • Implement treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities

    • Address speech, language, communication, social interaction, feeding, and functional skills

    • Monitor progress and recommend or communicate changes to plans of care as appropriate

    • Educate and empower parents and caregivers to support carryover between visits

    • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

    • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

    • Build meaningful relationships with children and families throughout their care journey

    Qualifications

    Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow

    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

    • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or appropriate Texas intern license

    • Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred for Speech-Language Pathologists

    • Clinical Fellows may be considered based on supervision availability

    • Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required

    • Feeding experience or an interest in developing feeding skills is a plus but not required

    Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

    • Meets Texas education and clinical requirements for practice as an SLPA

    • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license

    • Ability to provide treatment under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

    • New graduates may be considered based on mentorship and support availability

    • Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required

    All Candidates

    • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    • Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area

    • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

    • Dependable, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care
