About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in the Denver Metro area, CO. You’ll help patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through skilled, client-centered care.
Compensation & Scheduling:
Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise
Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated support

Requirements
A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
Proven experience in home health or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients
