    Overview:

    We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. The PCA provides hands-on assistance to individuals who need support with daily activities while helping them maintain their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Assist with mobility, walking, positioning, and transfers.
    • Provide assistance with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
    • Provide companionship and emotional support.
    • Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
    • Provide medication reminders as permitted by applicable regulations and company policy.
    • Observe clients and report changes in condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
    • Follow established care plans and instructions.
    • Assist clients with maintaining their independence whenever possible.
    • Document services and care provided accurately.
    • Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
    • Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
    • Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team.
