Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 / Hourly depending on experience

Job Responsibilities: 

• Administer multistate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with varying state and local tax regulations
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation adjustments
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Manage benefits deductions, garnishments, and other withholdings
• Support payroll audits and internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of payroll processing
• Multi-state processing experience
• State tax knowledge
• Comfortable independently using ADP & Excel PivotTables & VLOOKUPs
