Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience. FPC designation preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Processes Payroll

• Enters and adjusts:

• 401K Deferral changes

• 401K Loans

• Enters and processes:

• Child Support orders

• Garnishments, Liens and Levies

• Reciprocity

• Lock in Letters

• Calculating military and jury duty pay

• Performs account balance and payroll reconciliations.

• Assists in training employees on Timekeeping system when needed.

• Filing (as needed)

• Point of contact for Payroll related questions

Working Conditions/Environment:

• Operates in a business casual office environment.
