Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

Processing multi-state payroll for 120+ employees
Creating payroll-related journal entries for the general ledger
Balancing and reconciling payroll and benefits activities
Cross-referencing benefits enrollments including adding new hires and resolving terminations

Background Expected of the Payroll Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
5+ years of payroll experience
- Experience in professional services is a plus but not required
Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll processing software

Salary range:
$75,000 - 95,000
