We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll and benefits processes across Canada and the U.S., ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include processing payroll with Payworks and BambooHR, administering benefits programs, supporting reporting and audits, maintaining and optimizing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of payroll and benefits experience, supporting both Canadian and U.S. payroll, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with payroll systems.
