This role supports payments leadership across two brands: Curve Pay, part of Curve Dental, and FlexPayments, part of Flex Dental.
We're hiring a Payments Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of that business — the person who keeps performance visible, keeps priorities moving, and keeps the machine running day to day.
• Own the operating cadence of the payments business — build and maintain the dashboards and reporting that track performance across the customer lifecycle, from initial setup through renewal and expansion.
• Monitor account and business health, catch emerging risk early, and bring findings and recommendations to leadership before they're asked for.
• Drive cross-functional execution — work across sales, account management, marketing, product, and support to make sure strategic priorities keep moving, not just get announced.
• Design and continuously improve the processes, tools, and systems the payments business runs on.
• Partner closely with the Head of Payments on operational strategy — translating priorities into concrete execution plans, coordinating across teams to get them done, and driving targeted improvements to operational performance.
• Prepare business reviews, performance reporting, and leadership communications.
• Identify opportunities for improvement independently
• 4+ years in business operations, revenue operations, strategy & operations, or program management — ideally supporting or within a payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS business.
• Demonstrated ability to build reporting and dashboard infrastructure from scratch and turn data into action, not just visibility.
• A track record of driving initiatives to completion across teams you don't manage.
• Strong organizational instincts and comfort with ambiguity — you build structure where none exists rather than waiting for it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, credible with both executives and frontline teams.
• Have supported or helped launch a new product or offering from planning through go-to-market.
• Resourceful with tools — picks up new platforms fast and builds with them.
