As a Product Manager in Payments, Digital & Design, Access Connectivity, Data Reporting & Transaction Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
This is a senior product leadership role with responsibility for running and growing the H2H and API Data Reporting & Transaction Services business. You will set the strategic direction for the product portfolio, lead the development and commercialization of new capabilities, and manage the performance, modernization, risk, and ongoing evolution of existing products.
Operating with a business-owner mindset, you will bring together Product, Technology, Architecture, Sales, Service, Operations, Controls, and regional partners to deliver client value and sustainable commercial outcomes. You will be expected to move fluidly across products and channels, apply deep end-to-end Payments expertise, and provide leadership wherever the business needs it most.

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Relevant leadership experience in transaction banking, treasury services, cash management, payments, reporting, data products, or digital connectivity
Experience leading H2H, API, file-based, or multi-channel reporting products for corporate, commercial, or financial institution clients
Experience developing and commercializing ISO 20022-based reporting products, including CAMT reporting, market adoption, client migration, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution
Experience managing an established product portfolio while simultaneously leading modernization, platform transformation, and new product expansion
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, API ecosystems, developer experiences, data platforms, security, controls, and operational resiliency
Track record of creating commercial value through product innovation, pricing, monetization, client adoption, revenue growth, cost discipline, or simplification of complex product portfolios
