Terra Talent Consulting LLC is recruiting a Payment Operations and Fraud Manager in Fort Worth, TX to support digital payments, fraud prevention, and operational improvements.

The Payment Operations and Fraud Manager in Fort Worth, TX will report to the Head of Digital Payments, supporting the Americas and collaborating with teams across EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities

As the Payment Operations and Fraud Manager in Fort Worth, TX, you will:

• Manage payment incidents, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee card-payment processes, including authorization, authentication, settlement, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Coordinate with payment processors, acquiring banks, and global stakeholders.
• Improve payment acceptance, reduce fraud losses and false declines, and maintain procedures and controls.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for the Payment Operations and Fraud Manager in Fort Worth, TX must bring:

• Three or more years of payments, fraud, or financial operations experience.
• Proven fraud-management experience in the Americas.
• Hands-on payment-operations ownership and strong card-payment lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with payment partners and global, cross-regional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

For the Payment Operations and Fraud Manager in Fort Worth, TX, experience with Cybersource, Worldpay, SAP, Adobe Commerce, e-commerce payments, or PCI DSS is preferred. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
