What Youll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgency
Educate patients and customers on medical products, usage guidelines, and delivery timelines
Support internal teams with order processing, tracking, and follow-up
Monitor open orders and backorders to ensure timely fulfillment
Accurately document all interactions in CRM or EMR systems
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining HIPAA compliance
What Were Looking For
2+ years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
Experience handling high-volume communication (phone, email, chat)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite with consistent attendance
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
