The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, patient admissions, benefit verifications, insurance paperwork, and front-line support for calls, referrals, and inquiries. Just as important, this role works side-by-side with our providers to ensure they can deliver the best possible care, while helping patients navigate questions about services, coverage, and next steps.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities, and demonstrates compassion and confidentiality in every interaction.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Understanding and working knowledge of the psychiatric continuum of care
