VCA Veterinary Specialists of CT is seeking an experienced Patient Care Attendant Supervisor to lead and support our PCA team.
This role calls for a leader who is equal parts clinical expert and people-first manager — someone who leads with empathy, communicates clearly, and knows how to bring out the best in a team.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building trust, strengthening collaboration, and creating a workplace where technicians feel heard, supported, and set up to succeed. If you thrive on strong team leadership, mentoring with patience, and leading by example, we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Full time, weekend rotation required.
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 / year based on skill set, licensure and experience.
