Job Summary

Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care tasks to promote unit organization and smooth function under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager. Functions as a PCA and Unit Secretary.
 

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent Required
• Successful completion of Nurses Aide Program (or equivalent preparation) Required
• Prior experience as PCA/US Preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Current Nurse Assistant certification (or the equivalent) Preferred
• Must complete Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training on a bi-annual basis Required
