Job Details

Represent clients in complex patent infringement and trade secret litigation matters
Manage case development through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents
Take and defend depositions and assist with witness preparation
Work closely with technical experts and consultants on highly specialized matters
Analyze technical and scientific concepts and effectively present them in litigation settings
Develop litigation strategies and support trial teams in federal and state courts
Collaborate with partners and clients on case management and business objectives
Assist with PTAB proceedings and Federal Circuit matters, where applicable
Participate in client counseling and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Approximately 3+ years of patent litigation and/or trade secret litigation experience
Excellent academic credentials
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Demonstrated ability to manage substantive litigation responsibilities
Admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience handling sophisticated litigation matters preferred
