The Role (What You'll Own)
This role is about much more than delivering parts.
You will be responsible for ensuring our field technicians receive the materials, equipment, and supplies they need to complete jobs efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
You will:
- Deliver HVAC and plumbing parts throughout the Las Vegas Valley
- Support warehouse operations
- Maintain inventory organization
- Assist technicians with timely deliveries
- Represent Sierra professionally with vendors and customers
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Logistics
- Deliver HVAC, plumbing, and warehouse materials to technicians throughout the day
- Pick up parts and equipment from local vendors and suppliers
- Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy
- Return unused materials and warranty parts
Warehouse Operations
- Receive incoming shipments
- Stock inventory accurately
- Assist with inventory counts and organization
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Help load and unload company vehicles
Team Support
- Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and field technicians
- Maintain delivery logs and required documentation
- Assist with warehouse projects and daily operational needs
- Support company goals by responding quickly to technician needs
Safety & Professionalism
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Represent Sierra with professionalism when interacting with vendors and customers
What We're Looking For
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Nevada Driver's License with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, delivery, HVAC, plumbing, or construction experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Safely operate company vehicles throughout the day

Experience
- Delivery, warehouse, logistics, HVAC, plumbing, or construction experience preferred
- Previous experience operating company vehicles is a plus
License/Certification
- Valid Nevada Driver's License required
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
