Parts Manager

Salary: $65,000 +Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to oversee our parts and accessories department. This position will manage inventory, vendor relationships, customer service, and the parts team while supporting the service department and overall store operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and extensive knowledge of marine parts and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and support the parts department team

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and internal teams

  • Assist customers with parts sales, pricing, and product information

  • Manage parts inventory, ordering, and cycle counts

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers

  • Negotiate competitive pricing when needed

  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure parts are available for repairs

  • Maintain accurate inventory, sales, and order records

  • Monitor inventory levels and help maintain department profitability

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department

  • Follow all company safety and workplace procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience is required

  • Strong knowledge of marine parts, equipment, and accessories

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with inventory management and ordering

  • Comfortable working with vendors and negotiating pricing

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
