AFTERMARKET PARTS ANALYST

Location: Flower Mound, TX | Onsite

Pay: $31.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW

CornerStone Staffing is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Parts Analyst to join a growing team in Flower Mound! This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in aftermarket parts, sales analysis, or industrial equipment who enjoys identifying market trends and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and experience supporting sales and dealer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyze parts sales, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify growth opportunities.

· Support promotional programs, pricing strategies, and initiatives to increase sales and profitability.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on sales performance.

· Collaborate with sales teams, dealers, and suppliers to improve product offerings and customer engagement.

· Research new product opportunities and support marketing and dealer programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in aftermarket parts, equipment sales, parts distribution, or a related industry.

· Background in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial parts preferred.

· Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing sales data, pricing, and market trends.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
